In today’s world, one of the biggest challenges for young people is finding their

voice.

A thousand roads,

Endless movement.

Where are your steps leading?

If every Friday evening you watch the sunset from your bedroom window, thinking

that we all share the same great, burning, and radiant star,

the tiny stars nestled in your soul will glare back in anger, asking why you won’t

let them speak or shine.

In this era of technology, where information, ideas, and opportunities are abundant,

this abundance often becomes a source of confusion.

So, how can a young person tame the storm and turn it into a nurturing breeze for their own garden?

What is the process of charting a path through chaos and finding a place that brings inspiration and success?

Causes of Chaos

Modern reality is filled with contradictions (but don’t let this thought sink into the ocean of your mind without leaving a trace: if every meter of life’s ground holds obstacles, remember that every free interval is a space to plant flowers).

…And these are the obstacles that hinder the voices of many young people from

turning into courage:

1. Information Overload: The constant pressure of social media, unrealistic

standards, and the endless desire to compare oneself often leads young people to confusion.

2. Abundance of Choices: The variety of opportunities, both professional and personal, often places young people in a difficult position - what should they prioritize?

3. Insecurity and Fear: Many young people lack the support or knowledge to make concrete decisions.

The discussion table is scattered with countless items...

The Guiding Question: How Can Young People Find Their Voice?

To carve their path, young people need to take specific steps that will help
them organize the chaos and define their goals clearly:

1. Exploring Personal Interests

Young people must ask themselves: What do I love? What do I want? Analyzing one’s interests and skills is the first step toward setting goals.

Practical Tip: Create a list of activities that bring you the most joy, happiness, and inspiration.

2. Making Conscious Decisions

Young people must learn to make deliberate decisions, which include evaluating risks and taking responsibility.

Practical Tip: Before making a decision, write down the pros and cons of each option. A piece of paper and the ink of thought can change everything!

3. Learning and Self-Development

Education doesn’t only mean formal schooling. Self-development includes reading books, taking courses, and enhancing the skills that feel both interesting and necessary.

Practical Tip: Develop one new skill each month that will bring you closer to your goals.

4. Learning from Successful People

Finding inspiration and observing professional role models helps young people grow.

Practical Tip: Talk to people who have achieved success in the field you are passionate about.

5. Applying Knowledge in Practice

Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough. Young people need to seek opportunities to engage in real-life projects to understand how their skills can be practically strengthened and utilized.

Practical Tip: Get involved in volunteering, internships, or start a small project of your initiative.

Youth is a time when one seeks their voice and establishes personal goals.

However, this process is far from easy—challenges and obstacles are an inevitable part of the journey. What matters most is for young people to realize that finding their voice amidst the chaos is not a one-day task but a continuous effort of learning and development.

The backpack packed for this journey must be filled with desire, readiness, enthusiasm, tirelessness, and large pockets to store impressions. Vanessa cardui migrates in spring and autumn, while opportunities are eager, ever-ready bodies every day, every minute, bodies to which your action gives wings, and whose life cycle ends only with your own staticness; keep them alive for a long time!

A thousand roads,

Endless movement.

Where are your steps leading?
